The product in detail

SafeBlend C.L. 1000 is a concentrated all-purpose cleaner and degreaser. The 4 L size is used to prepare a working solution for permitted surfaces. Selection depends on greasy soil type and the floor’s resistance, followed by dosing and recovery procedures. Its available SDS restricts it to industrial, institutional and food plant use.

Helps disperse grease so it leaves with the recovered solution. An unapproved finish may lose its sheen.

Surfaces and compatibility

For oily and greasy soil on explicitly permitted surfaces. Distinguish surface soil from oil absorbed into porous material and identify any sealer, paint or floor finish.

The concentrate is corrosive. In food premises, confirm permitted surfaces and required rinsing before food contact. Use in that sector does not establish universal surface compatibility.

Preparation and use

Follow workplace procedures for corrosive products. Remove excess grease first, then dose, agitate, recover and rinse as directed.

  1. Remove loose debris and collect free oil using the site procedure.
  2. Read the label and SDS for dilution, protection, ventilation and incompatibilities.
  3. Test at the intended dilution. Check for finish softening or colour change.
  4. Apply, allow contact time and agitate only as instructed; prevent solution drying on the surface.
  5. Recover solution and rinse as directed. Use the approved disposal route for greasy wastewater.

Follow the supplied reference’s label and SDS, plus flooring and machine instructions. Do not mix products. The method guidance below complements manuals and does not set a dilution or contact time missing from them.

Care and storage

Clean dosing equipment and splashed surfaces as instructed. Keep containers closed and labelled. If the floor remains slippery, check grease recovery and rinsing before reopening it.

Limits and things to check

A stronger concentration may damage the floor without improving results. Approval for concrete does not establish suitability for aluminium, wood, paint or food-contact materials.

Equipment, accessories and options

How do I check this reference suits my floor?

Identify flooring, finish and task, then check both product and flooring instructions. A hidden-area test should reproduce full application and drying. For equipment, also check tools or pads, dimensions and power supply.

Are all accessories and consumables included?

Plan for dedicated measuring equipment, recovery equipment and the protection specified by the SDS.

What information is still needed before purchasing?

Follow the current label for pH, task-specific dilution, contact time and coverage.
